Why do I need an assessment?
Your body, your life and your stressors are individual to you. Why should your training and wellness program be cookie cutter? By measuring what we can, and asking lots (and lots!) of questions about what we can’t, we determine a program that meets your needs and leaves you happier, healthier, and more energized.
I barely have time to eat and sleep! How can I exercise?
Exercise does not have to involve the gym, and it doesn’t require hours upon hours of work! Working around your schedule, energy, and personal needs, we will develop a plan that gives you the results you want in as little as 20 minutes a day.
I’ve tried for years to lose weight- why should this time be any different?
A healthy weight and body fat percentage are a result of a healthy lifestyle- not the other way around! Instead of chasing a number on scale, you will learn to value how good you feel when you make healthy choices for yourself. Instead of feeling deprived, food can be both a source of great enjoyment and wonderful fuel. By giving your body what it needs- enough rest, nutrition, exercise and attention- you will arrive at an ideal weight.
